"Having been a regular visitor of the island , I’d say “Epestrefe” is the ultimate culinary addition at the central street of Antiparos. Its design aesthetics create warmth and effortless elegance. Its ambience reflects the unique Greek philosophy for slowing down and savoring all the beauty life has to offer. I was enveloped by the laid-back yet refined aura of this place while sipping my favorite Paloma.

We dined there and we had the fish fillet with seasonal greens which was delicious. We also tried the succulent, cooked -to -perfection chicken with bulgur. Of course, we also ordered their Greek Salad made with fresh produce, my personal favourite summer choice.

For dessert, we tried “Melopita” with ice-cream and it was a dessert I’d never tasted before. To me, it was sublime! Neither that cakey nor crispy, a distinct texture which blended perfectly with the scoop of ice-cream. I relished the fact that it was not too sweet, therefore pretty harmonious on my palate.

We had a wonderful dinner at this charming restaurant in Antiparos. The space is beautifully maintained, with tasteful decor that creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The service was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived — a special mention to our waiter Vaggelis, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the evening.

The food was truly delicious, with every dish showcasing fresh ingredients and authentic Mediterranean flavors.Everything was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Epistrefe – “The Worst Greek Restaurant Ever”. I’ve traveled all over Greece – Crete, Thessaloniki, the islands, you name it. Never, and I mean NEVER, have I seen a restaurant this bad. Total disaster. The menu? They list items they don’t even have! I asked for 3 main courses, the response was always „we don’t have that“ (it was full lunchtime, like 1.30 pm). Not even a Coke – unbelievable. The service? Horrendous. The waitress was completely clueless. She took ONE HOUR to bring our food, and the place was EMPTY. Now I know why. Meanwhile, staff members were sitting outside yelling and laughing like they were at some street corner bar. Totally unprofessional. Totally disrespectful. And the food? Tasteless, lifeless, absolutely nothing to do with real Greek cuisine. Zero flavor, zero effort. The biggest joke? The name: Epistrefe, which means “to return” in Greek.
