Service is very low level and it seems like there’s no communication between the waiters as the 2 waiters regularly wanted to do what the other waiter had already done (such as setting the table, etc.). Took a long time for basic things - when we told a waiter that we are ready to order, it took around 5 minutes until the other waiter came to take our order, as well as 5 minutes until we got the receipt after asking to pay (it wasn’t busy at the time). They have a big list of coffee although none of the coffee is available - “We don’t have coffee”. The egg fried rice tasted nothing like it should - there was a lot of pepper added despite having no need for it in any real recipe, and there was 0 soy sauce and spring onions, as well as not a lot of egg, mostly just carrot and peas. 30mins waited for our orders to be taken 30mins for water to finally arrive with our soup (all we're basically cold) 20mins 2/3 of our main dishes arrive. I asked what happened to the third and they kept saying it's coming out soon until eventually we're told it was messed up and they're making it again. 45mins later we decide to just cancel the order to get out of the place. It took us over 2 hours to get water, cold soup and some small main dishes. Not to mention that while waiting for our sub-par food a large table behind us got up and left saying the food was "Dreadful" and "Worse than dogfood". I'm Chinese so I thought we'd give this restaurant a try as I miss Chinese food. The food took a long time to come as everyone said, even though we came at 6pm and there were 2 tables of patrons (including us). I'm not sure why people said the food here is delicious. We ordered the shrimp and mushroom soup and sweet and sour chicken. The soup was very salty and had no other taste other than salt. It definitely did not taste Chinese.
