Gazohori — Restaurant in Athens

Rude waiter, more interested in playing on his phone and smoking his cigarette behind his counter than serving the customers. He left us dirty cutlery in “deal with it” mode. He gave us red wine instead of rosé. One of the most insipid wines I have ever drunk. He served rice to the person who ordered fries and vice versa. Not possible to do the inversion given the sauce. More than 20 minutes of waiting between each dish for 3 people... in an empty restaurant (we were the only customers from the time we arrived to the time we left). The grilled burger is just two grilled hamburger steaks. These are not hamburgers.

Actually, 4,5 stars for me. I liked it here a lot: Service was outstanding, atmosphere was very authentic, many Athenians visit the place. The food is solid, typical Greek ware with some Oriental and Cretean specialities. It tasted good and was always freshly made. Yet most dishes do not come with sides. So even the prices look low you pay like in any middle class restaurant because you will want (at least I wanted) sides, salad etc. Nonetheless, I ate there two times and would go there...
