Food in specific restaurant is ok. Not bad but definitely not great. I will have to comment on their absolute horrible service. Here's how it works if you want to eat fast then you have to stand in line and wait and you'll probably be served within 10-15' but if you decide to get a table and order then you're in for a really bad experience. Restaurant prioritizes people who stand in line above the people who' are waiting to be served on a table meaning that wait time can vary between 30' to a full hour!!!!!! Waiters will never inform of how much time it can pass till you get served and if they're busy enough won't even bring necessary things like plates, forks and paper tissues!!!!!!! This absolute unacceptable behavior is accompanied by never admitting and acknowledging their poor service. Raciones grandes, precios muy bajos. Calidad de la comida estupenda. Pedimos muchos platos fuera de carta que suelen ser los tipicos: mussaka por 6,80 y comen casi 2. Un plato que me encantó fue kolokhitakia avgolemono. A los no vegetarianos nos les gustará. Es un calabazin al horno al le han quitado el centro y rellenado con carne picada, arroz, especias y cubierto con una salsa densa de limon y vino blanco. Espectacular. Otro plato fuera de carta (como podeis ver fuimos varios dias entre otras razones porque el servicio era amabilisimo) era lo que aparecía como roast beef con patatas que no era roast beef realmente tal y como lo entendemos en España. Eran varios trozos (grandes) de carne de ternera cocida con patatas en la base que se empapan de la salsa que está de muerte. Se parece a un estofado. Otro plato que nos encantó fue una pasta con laurel y pulpo a la brasa desmenuzado, espectacular. No hace falta que pidais agua embotellada para beber y por la que os cobran un mísero 1,20 e sino que como se que hay bolsillos para todo tipo de presupuestos, que sepais que si pedis agua en jarra del local os sirven una botella de cristal enorme y helada, gratis. Las coca colas y demas refrescos valen 2,10 y son de lata. Nada de botellines de cristal miseros como en algunos locales de España que ni te avisan. Y curiosamente no hay carta de postres en casi ningun restaurante. Es algo que me llamó mucho la atención. Otra cosa y esto es extensivo a todo el pais:si pagáis con tarjeta en muchos locales a donde fuimos a comer (no en este concretamente pero aplicamos la misma regla) cuando marcan la cantidad te dicen que porcentaje de propina quieres dejarles. Os aseguro que no os costará darle a ese porcentaje por lo amables que son. Varian entre el 5,10,15 y 20%. Un 10 % es mas que suficiente. El resto de la carta impresa son platos típicos de alli. No os perdais los gyros que son como kebabs pero en forma de cono y con pan mas grueso. Le meten patatas fritas en medio y aderezado con tzatziki. Buenisimo todo. Super recomendable y encima en una plaza llena de vida y musica con locales de copas en la acera de enfrente. Es un barrio en auge total en pleno centro de la ciudad prácticamente. I received an incomplete order, some products were missing. I call the shop and they suggested to send the missing things, but I made sure to explain that while waiting my food will be cold and not eatable. I was expecting them to resend the full order and take whatever they bring first but it didn’t happen this way. They told me it’s coming in 10 but it came after 15. So in the meantime I threw away all the food because you cannot eat a cold steak or cold fries. So it’s like I threw my money away. I want to say to whoever is managing this shop that making a customer happy is really easy just by putting yourself in the same place.We expect you to please your customers especially that I’m a loyal one.
