PinsaMe — Restaurant in Athens

If you're a fan of authentic Italian pinsa, Pinsame in Kypseli is a real gem. I tried the mortadella pinsa (big size), and it was absolutely delicious. The dough was exceptional – light, airy, and perfectly baked. Hands down, this is the best pizza-style dish I’ve had so far in Greece.

That said, the ambience could be improved. The space feels more like a takeaway spot than a sit-down pizzeria. It’s self-service with a buzzer system, and the high tables aren’t particularly comfortable. The decor is quite minimal and doesn’t contribute much to the overall experience.

Still, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the service was quick. Despite the unremarkable setting, the quality of the food makes it well worth a visit – especially if you’re after an outstanding pinsa.

Stopped in by chance on our way through the park looking for I quick bite to eat. I don't do reviews often but this place deserves a mention. Probably one of the best pizza's I've had, and that includes having been to Napels earlier in the year. The only regret was getting an individual serving as after this first bite I knew I didn't want it to end. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or just...
