Yesterday I had a refreshment there and twice got the request from neighbor tables if they could switch chair with one of the empty chairs of my table. Of course I accepted, but on the second time I asked the lady what was wrong with the chair. She told me part of the seat was broken and she showed me the break. When I went inside the bar to pay I informed the lady who also had served me and with a swing of her elbow and her words she told me she knows but she could do nothing as she was not the manager. The Manager as I was told was not there. Of course they can do something! They must remove the broken chairs as they are more than one, before an accident happens. If they would repair, glue or destroy them is up to the bar management. But do not have them laid there and let your customer sit on...
Read more2 of us sat down- ordered an old fashioned and a rum cocktail which were decent drinks with a hefty price tag, 24 euros which for athens is premium pricing...bit much for koukaki I think. Paid 30 euros in cash, sat 15 mins waiting for our change from a tall, punky girl who never returned. Called her over and asked where our change was...she said she 'assumed' it was a tip.
