A server here managed to spot a young girl choking on food across the street in the middle of the chaos of a Euro Cup game. She ran over like an action movie and gave the girl the Heimlich. She partially cleared the girl's airway, saving her life, and then ran into a nearby shop in a flash to call an ambulance. Then, a doctor sitting at the bar came over to finish the job and fully clear the girl's airway. The girl walked away a bit shaken, but walked away from the experience at all thanks to a brilliant and quick woman that works at Frear.

Great little bar over 3 floors with a terrace . Situated opposite the gyros fast food restaurant. Run by Christina and Harris with Yiota who are the friendliest most welcoming bar team in Afitos. ( They previously ran the Agora cafe bar facing up the main street in). Prices very reasonable Indeed and justifiably proud of bringing this important historic building back into life. Sure you will have a great first season and looking forward to seeing you all again...
