Burano restaurant — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

The service was TERRIBLE. We have literally just left the restaurant. 1h30 minutes to be served pasta and sea bass. The table next to us arrived after us and were served the same dish before us. How is this possible ?! We told them we weren’t happy and they should at least do a gesture of goodwill and NOTHING !!! The blond till lady just asked us how do you want to pay. No gesture, no nothing. Asking us where we were from. And that in Greece they don’t do any gesture. What does it matter where we are from ????? This would never have happened in France !! I have been to this restaurant before and you guys have just gone so far down in my esteem. Never again. BTW I put one star cause 0 stars isn’t possible. But that’s what you deserve. A disappointing meal It promises well with a great menu. I chose one of the house specials “ grandmas moussaka” So this is Greece , it will be fantastic ? It looked good when it arrived , but it was just warm. I asked them to remedy it. They took it away. A few minutes later it was back , delivered by the chef. Maybe it was a little warmer but not hot. It needs to be hot to melt the sauce. My wife said her house wine was the worst she has had in the Ionian I ate the all moussaka ( I was hungry) so I can’t score lower than a 3. Trust me avoid that place, they have no respect for the customers we wait 1 HOUR and half TO GET One plate, 1 hour and half for spaghetti and it’s no even al dente.
