we come here every year and overall its a REALLY GOOD restaurant. the food is very good quality, delicious, nicely made. the pasta bolognese is amazing, best bolognese i’ve had but the portion could be bigger. the pizzas are also very good, the salad was tasteless. the waiters/staff was very nice and VERY polite although, the blonde lady who is i think the manager was very moody/rude and had a very bad attitude, was VERY angry when she took our order AND when we told her she brought the wrong salad with peanuts (we told them no peanuts). the service was good and fast. the atmosphere was great , the tables are by the port with the boats and its really calming and pretty. what i also thought was weird was they brought us a basket with bread like in every restaurant and they charged us 1€ for...

I was quite disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a mojito, and it was probably the worst I’ve ever had: no sparkling water, no syrup, no crushed mint – completely missing the balance a classic cocktail should have. For starters, I ordered bruschetta and fries with oregano, but there was absolutely no oregano. I mentioned to the waiter that the mojito was way too strong and asked for a bit of sugar, while also pointing out that the drink was not prepared properly. Unfortunately, he didn’t even let me finish and walked away laughing with his colleagues about my complaint. We went to Festino for dinner. Let me tell you, its claim to be fancy restaurant did not translate all that well. The waiters were fine and helpful, and the food did eventually meet our requirements (there was a hair incident with one of the pasta).
