One Red Dot — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

This place was recommended to us by a friend.

The location is nice and cosy, but the lady that greeted us was a little bit bossy: "where do you want to sit? What do you want to serve? Stay here ... no, don't stay there ..." a little bit strange. We were also with our little boy, almost 2 year old. Lots of tables were unoccupied.

I barely got inside to see what they have, the way the cakes are ... and i felt that i have to choose something really fast. We served some lemonades, a banoffee and another cake with expresso. They were good but the overall experience i didn't like it. I wanted to eat fast and run away...

The place is magical. We went for drinks and desert at night and the kids could run around safely due to the small authentic pedestrian street it's located in. We spoke to the owner who told us that it's a family business, the mother does all the quiches and cakes with so much love, we could really taste the good quality of ingredients she uses... apparently she makes up to 15 homemade quiches & cakes a day in high season... I have no doubt it's true... we were 4 adults and 2 kids and shared 3 deserts, our favorite was...

Really nice place in the heart of Lefkada. We had fraisier, armenovil and a cheese cake on the first evening, everything was perfect. The service was also excellent. We could not resist and returned on the next evening and tried banofee and tarte with forest fruit. 😋 ! They also offered us a treat at the end, which was a cute approach. The lady who makes the sweets really knows the job, a maître pâtissier. The design is conceptual and there are french chansons (not loud). Perfect place for a sweet treat!...
