I visited the restaurant on August 4, 2021. I ordered the lamb chops, and when it arrived it was awful. It was hard, not tender (almost as if fried) and the taste was foul, and rancid. II could not justify eating it as it would ruin my appetite. I asked the waiter, politely, to take away the dish, and I ordered something else (chicken souvlaki, which was decent). The original waiter that served me asked why I returned it. I said it didn't taste good, I did not want to ruin my dinner, and I ordered something else. The waiter began to get very defensive and started by saying:"Maybe in your country lamb chops are different, here in Greece this is how it is, and I am not taking it off the bill". I reminded my waiter that I never asked to have it taken off the bill, and I furthermore explained this is an old piece of meat, and it tasted foul. and I did not want to ruin my dinner He said "we cannot check the age of the meat." The conversation went no where, he didn't try to make me feel better, just insult me and being condescending. I was polite, and not rude. I just didn't want to eat it full stop. That is not being entitled, I am the customer. The waiter's behavior towards me ruined my dinner. Perhaps he was stressed out from being so busy. He could have showed me some courtesy. For this reason I am giving the rating of the restaurant a one star. The location is good, and as I said the souvlaki was decent. However I would not go to it again. Incidentally, I am part Greek and I grew up on Greek...

Read moreThe restaurant is located in a remote area outside the village. (When we arrived, we walked to the kitchen, and we couldn't find the front entrance!) My family and I had a cucumber+tomato salad, and then I had a grilled squid (served in rings). My parents had the house white wine and house red wine. (They said that the house red wine was really good!) They had the grilled cod and moussaka. The moussaka was really unique, its taste was really balanced between the saltiness, as well as the reduction of he eggplant "heartburn". Dessert was a rice and milk dessert wig cinnamon, and was really good! It was sweet, with the taste of cinnamon. Our meal was finished with complimentary ice-cream, which my parents really enjoyed. It was a vanilla ice-cream with chocolate. Overall, our dinner experience here was very good, and we would come back here for dinner if we were...
