Brilliant Place with Excellent Service and Food
I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. This brilliant place is incredibly popular, attracting a large number of people, and it's not hard to see why. From the moment we arrived, the friendly service made us feel welcome and valued.
One of the standout features of this restaurant is the exceptional food quality. Every dish we ordered was prepared with great care and attention to detail. The flavours were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. It's clear that the chefs take pride in their craft, and it definitely shows in the taste.
To complement our meal, we enjoyed a glass of a great dry white wine that was recommended by one of the staff. It perfectly complemented the flavours of the dishes and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.
The restaurant's location is another highlight. Situated overlooking a beautiful bay, the view from our table was simply breathtaking. We were able to enjoy the scenery while indulging in our delicious meal. Despite the road between the restaurant and the outside tables, it did not disturb the overall ambience and tranquillity of the setting.
What impressed us even more was the affordability of our dining experience. With a total bill of only Euro 170 for five people (three adults and two kids), we were pleasantly surprised. It's rare to find such high-quality food and service at such a low price point.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The combination of brilliant ambience, friendly service, excellent food quality, great white wine, stunning location, and affordable prices make it a standout choice. This restaurant is definitely...
Read moreWhen I came to Greece, one of my primary goals was to eat a fish. I really, really wanted to munch down a fish. While here, I fulfilled that dream. I ordered the Sea Bream. It was the first time I was served an entire fish, head, eyes, and all, so I was a little bit uneasy, but once I surmounted the courage to dig in---the fish was DELICIOUS. It may have genuinely been the best cooked fish I've ever enjoyed.
It's right on the shore, so the views are gorgeous. I felt really fortunate when I was led to a quiet table overlooking the water.
Service was friendly. I feel like I personally wasn't checked on often, but I was a solo diner, and I find that's a standard experience most restaurants I go, so I won't hold it against the staff. They were really friendly with larger parties, the table next to me were from Poland and they were immediately offered a menu in Polish (which, apparently, served Leprechaun due to an incorrect translation! I'm mentioning it because it was endearing and the server shared a good laugh about it).
A poor, sweet, stray, starving cat joined my table and sometimes tried to climb up onto it to steal my food. This may bother some people but I love cats and I was delighted to have a "date." I primarily just felt bad for how hungry the poor...
Read moreWent here for dinner after seeing the positive reviews online. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our food and the service.
The tzatziki starter is a bowl of sauce without anything to dip in it - we had to order pita separately after the dish arrived and it took around 10 minutes to get the attention of a member of staff to order this from.
If you order a beer, it is served from a bottle alongside a tiny 200ml water glass.
The salmon main was a good portion size but was completely over-salted and not very enjoyable.
The carbonara was very creamy, too rich and too salty.
We finished eating our food 30+ minutes ago and we are still trying to get somebody’s attention to pay, hence the time to write a review!! The couple next to us have been sat with their empty food plates for 40 minutes.
The vibe screams luxury restaurant, unfortunately the service and the food do not match.
For the staff- the restaurant is overcrowded and there’s too many tables for them to look after- more staff or less tables is necessary, they were all rushed off their feet and...
