Piazza Cafe Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

By far one of the worse experiences that I have ever experienced before my boyfriend & I dined their yesterday & due to the reviews I was very excited how ever these people will never get my money ever again the waitress that first served us I call her waitress one was extremely rude with a complete stink attitude first of all her English was not great so I ordered the toasty off the menu it had an option of either turkey or ham & in the toasty it came with cheese so as ordering now I’ve asked her for the turkey toasty she said you wish for the turkey toasty but no ham I said to her yes correct so as on the menu it said it came with cheese in the toastie I expected the toasty to turn up with turkey & cheese clearly she miss understood also whilst I made that order I also saw it came with “fried potatoes” (it was staled crisp) I ask her if I can order chips & you just saw the attitude on her face & body language because I wanted to order chips with my meal… so the food has come now first of all I looked at the toastie so it’s meant to be turkey & the meat was pink I know turkey meat to be white so I ask her is this ham because it was pink she said extremely rudely with attitude that this is the Turkey I said Okai wasn’t it meant to come with cheese she had gone & told them to only put turkey in their miss understanding what I had told her she then screwed up her face & said you told me you only wanted turkey that you didn’t want the ham I said to her yes I did not want the ham how ever I still expected their to be cheese in their as that was apart of the toasted she then shouted at me & said no no you said you only wanted turkey I said to her I told you I don’t eat ham on the menu it’s and option either turkey or ham she cuts her eyes at me then grabs the plait off the table with saying a word I was in so much shock with such a disgusting customer service & attitude so another waiter comes & bring my food and apologises on her behalf I explained to that waiter what had happened and she just said sorry & that was it no management came to speak to me nothing bear in mind after all of that the toasty was completely dry and tasted disgusting honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone to dine her she didn’t apologise or nothing & still had attitude when she came to take our bill...

Took my daughter here for lunch and coffee, fell in love with the place right away. I recommend this Cafe, there was non smoking inside which was what i needed as i do not smoke and needed a nice place to sit with my 10 year old daughter without the second hand smoke, il also add im pregnant so we were very happy. My coffee was to die for 🤤 our crepe and chicken wrap was delicious!! I made 2 more visits before i had to leave, and il say they were so welcoming and remembered me when i came back. Thank you and if i come back to Agios il definitely be coming back for coffee...

Even though this place is recommended for having some vegan options, unfortunately there are very few. We asked the chef if he could make for us the açai bowl and we even brought our own yogurts, but he refused ! We find this kind of behaviour rude, since we would pay the normal price as everyone else and this is not a warm dish which takes a specific preparation. We believe that nowadays restaurants-cafes should have more vegan friendly options and behaviour. The rest of the staff...
