CØVE — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Vasileios

During our two-week stay in Agia Galini, we found ourselves returning to Cove almost every single day, and for good reason. This place is so much more than just a restaurant, it feels like coming home to friends who also happen to serve some of the best food in town.

The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. From the very first visit, they made us feel at ease, always greeting us with a smile and genuine hospitality. After every meal, they offer complimentary and fresh watermelon, which is just another small but thoughtful gesture that makes all the difference.

And the food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor, made with care, and served with pride. Whether it’s traditional Greek dishes or fresh seafood, the quality is consistently high, authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented.

Das Cøve ist ein Allrounder Restaurant. Egal ob Frühstück, Abendbrot oder etwas kleines für zwischendurch hier findet man immer etwas.

Die große barrierefreie Terrasse bietet viel Platz und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Hafen von Agia Galini.

Sowohl der Chef als auch das Personal sind sehr herzlich und umsichtig. Es ist immer jemand bereit, die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Die Wartezeit ist sehr gering, weshalb es viel Spaß macht, hier zu sitzen.

Zum Frühstück gab es für mich das Pyrgos Eggs. (Ich hoffe, es ist richtig geschrieben) Es besteht aus einer Art Brötchen auf das zwei Schichten Bacon und Spiegelei gestapelt sind. Als Topping gibt es eine Käsesauce. Es ist eine sehr leckere Kombination, die perfekt zusammenpasst. Ich habe selten so ein Gute Frühstück gegessen. Dazu gab es den Smoothie Nr.2. Dieser beinhaltet Melone, Pfirsich und Erdbeeren. Er ist sehr erfrischend bei den warmen Temperaturen und ich kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen.

Gestern Abend gab es im Cøve ein Live Konzert, was viele Besucher anlockte. Dementsprechend war es auch sehr voll, aber trotzdem gab es genug Platz, sich an seinem Platz auszubreiten und wohlzufühlen. Ich habe mir den Peach in the Mexico bestellt. Es ist ein eher ungewöhnlicher Cocktail, weshalb ich erst skeptisch war, aber er hat mich sehr überrascht. Ich persönlich würde ihn nicht so oft trinken, da er ziemlich süß ist, aber ab und bietet er eine gute Abwechslung. Dazu gab es noch einen Crêpe mit Schokolade. Er ist wunderschön angerichtet und auch sehr ausreichend mit Schokolade gefüllt. Wir haben ihn uns zu dritt geteilt, was aber auch unserem Abendbrot davor geschuldet ist. Wer vorher nichts gegessen hat, dürfte den Crêpe auch allein schaffen. Es gibt aber auch eine Vielzahl an anderen Crêpes und Waffeln aus denen man Wählen kann.

Letztendlich kann ich dieses Restaurant weiterempfehlen, egal zu welchem Anlass. Es ist für mich eines der besten...

Okay, one of the pole positions close to the harbour this could be a great place! And even though the service is spot-on, the quality of the drinks and the food are only mediocre.
