'Paralia' Beach Restaurant by Aeolos Beach — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

Fantastic Mediterranean taster meal while staying at Aeolos Beach Resort.

We booked in for 8pm and arrived a few minutes early. This seemed to frustrate the manager, who asked everyone who was waiting to sit in the bar until we were called, without an offer of a drink while waiting.

Once at our table, we were asked to select a bottle of wine, our mains and desserts, as the starters were a selection made by the restaurant.

We started with pea soup which (despite expectations that it might be bland) was one of the tastiest soups that I've ever had. Beautifully seasoned and served with fresh bread and rolls, this was a great start to a wonderful evening.

Our sharing starters included Mussels in Ouzo, Shrimp Risotto, Octopus, Tomato with Mozarella.

For mains I had the milk fed lamb and my partner had chicken, which were both tasty and beautifully cooked.

Deconstructed Greek Cheesecake was our dessert, which nicely rounded off a wonderful meal next to the beach.

Delicious Italian with a View—and Wonderful Service. We arrived at this lovely Italian restaurant expecting resort-only dining, but the staff graciously accepted our request for takeaway. The freshly made pasta and pizza were well worth it—ideal for a quick but filling meal for the kids. The parking marshal was especially helpful, allowing us to park easily while we picked up our order. The property itself is spotless, with breathtaking views that entice you to stay. This hidden gem goes above and beyond! Sunday is a tricky day for food, so call ahead if you need to reserve a table. The resort's guests always come first, so please be patient; they will gladly accommodate your requests...

The portions were rather small but I think this is exactly what tourists in an all-inclusive resort need (since they probably overeat themselves due to all-inclusive) so I was okay with that (but could be a bit larger though).
