3 monkeys Old Town | Mexican Kitchen Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

The place has good food and nice atmosphere, but when we asked for the bill we saw that they had added a €1.5 per person. It turned out it was the “free” nachos and salsa we got before our starter. We asked to pay with card, but the card terminal was apparently not working and we were asked to pay cash instead. Since we didn’t have any cash we decided to wait for them to try to fix the card machine, but after maybe 10-15 minutes we asked again and the waitress said it was still not working, so my partner had to find an atm to withdraw money to pay.

Very unfortunate and unnecessary that the restaurant is doing business this way..! Seems from other reviews that more people have experienced similar...

The good first; mojito was great and service too. Nachos (which btw are brought to you and charged 1€ whether you want them or not) were also decent. Now the bad… I had the shrimp tacos and was very disappointed. About 90% of the dish was grilled bell peppers so you could barely taste anything else. The avocado and mango were raw and the “tacos” tasted store bought. Idk how this place has such good reviews because I think the quality to price ratio was terrible with the main...

What can i say . From the food to the services the atmosphere everything was excellent !! Kid friendly as well !!! Went for dinner with my family including 2 young children and the staff was very accommodating!!! The good was delicious from the appetizers to the main course !!! Such a nice resturant to want to get a way a little from the typical Greek food. Will be going agai ! Goal is to try the whole menu...
