Alobar — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

This bar was ok, it had fairly cheap drinks but in my experience the food was nothing to be desired. I shared the fish platter with my wife. The presentation was very good but the cod was very over cooked and mushy and the fish was very bland. The shrimp were very large but had not been de-vained meaning you could taste its excrement when eating. Nothing was seasoned and lead to an overall bad experience with the food. The best part was the mussels but these were no better then any other restaurant I have tried in the past. If you come here I would not recommend...

The bar is a bit lowly, the cocktails were horrible in both taste and look. We had better cocktails cheaper elsewhere (12 euros here, 10-11 at other places). The fresh watermelon juice had all the seeds in it cut in half and was warm. They had banana split and it was not the best, but certainly better than the cocktails. The service was alright. First time we went there we instantly fell in Love with the food, because you could Taste that it was Handmade with fresh ingredients.
