Nach einer meinungsverschiedenheit weil der kellner uns sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt hat das wir auch unbedingt mehr bezahlen müssen wenn wir unser baby auf einer andern liege schlafen lassen (was ok wäre aber der ton macht die musik...) sind wir umgezogen, nach 10 minuten ist mir aufgefallen das ich meine brille vergessen hatte. Da wo die brille hing war sie nicht mehr.

Regarding the disagreement over the additional sunbeds, I acknowledge that there was a misunderstanding between your staff and myself. However, it is crucial to note that the initial interaction was accompanied by a tone that was perceived as unfriendly and dismissive, as one example: "it's not my problem". This, combined with subsequent confrontations, led to a strained atmosphere during our brief stay.
In regards to the incident with the myopic glasses, I can assure you that I hung them on a cord attached to the beach shack umbrella and later discovered they were missing. I approached your staff in a polite manner to inquire about the glasses, but unfortunately, I received dismissive responses and was ultimately informed that they had not been found. Since I know for sure where I put them and when I realized they were no longer there, I felt very helpless and let down. The glasses were quite expensive, not to mention the fact that I cannot see well for the remainder of my holiday.
Furthermore, I would like to address the concern regarding the recording. The staff member in question explicitly stated multiple times that it was permissible for me to film, as can be heard in the video recording. I assure you that I did not violate any laws or principles of privacy by capturing the interaction. However, another staff member of yours took a picture of us without our permission after she accused us of littering the beach because we didn't immediately dispose of the trash while we were setting up our own sun umbrellas in the hot sand beneath the burning sun at 38° with our 2 year old. This accusation was without any reason, and the photo was taken without our consent. This happened before I recorded your other staff member with his spoken, recorded permission.
I also want to highlight that during the last exchange, I took the opportunity to personally apologize to the waitress for my use of inappropriate language while she took the picture without our consent and accused us of littering. I understand that this choice of language was unacceptable, and I deeply regret any distress it may have caused her.
It is important to note that I did not call anyone a thief, as I don't possess any proof, which I also stated in my original review. I simply shared the experience I personally had in your establishment. However I did change my review because the fact that i very sadly have no proof...
Thank you once again for your response and willingness to address my concerns. If I may suggest anything, it would be to have a further conversation with your staff to get a better understanding of the situation, as the points you mentioned about "seeking legal action" are simply not true.
