I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience at a place I visited in Crete. Having traveled extensively by car throughout the island, I can confidently say I haven't found a better establishment for food and drinks. Licated in the old village of Hesonissis, it's a truly authentic Cretan experience and so made our holiday. The beer was the coldest, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere surpassed even our 5-star resort. I would give it 10 stars! The owner and staff running the bar truly made the entire experience outstanding. I would highly recommend this to anyone...

Tonight, we, by chance, came across this fantastic restaurant and am so glad we did . They had a private party celebrating St Thomas, we were invited in with the family we danced and enjoyed the music with them, it was the best night of our holiday we felt very honoured, the restaurant staff n owners went over beyond to make us feel welcome the food was out of this world was the best moussaka and chops we have had they even did our young guest chicken nuggets which we didn't see on the menu so we would reccomend this restaurant without a doubt was beautiful food...

Ah George. Welcomes you in with the promise of the Coldest Beer in Old Town Hersonissos. He wasn't kidding. Just what was needed after the hour long walk! After a little walk around the village we went back for lunch. The Chicken Gyros is fabulous and we enjoyed several (😳) raki shots with our charming host.
