'BARAKI' Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

The bar is that good we walked from sertia beach approx 1.5 hours just to have cocktails, our 1st time back since 2018 and it hasn't changed a bit. Lovely atmosphere, good music, amazing cocktails and the prices are extremely reasonable. Unfortunately we didn't see Kostas but I think it was his son Manthos? Who served us, he was great and made our drinks perfectly. No half measures or watered down drinks here, (as you can tell from my face 😂) Hope to be back on...

Kostas, katrina and family, are the nicest people you could EVER wish to meet! I have long term health issues, and travelled alone, and they made me feel so welcome, and took care of me, with kostas even giving me a lift back to where i was staying one evening, due to the nice person he is. Forget mojitos Baraki is hands down the best bar in Gouves and from my experience the best in Crete. From the decor to the cocktails the music and the staff everything is spot on. Spent almost every night in here enjoying the good priced drinks and free popcorn. And ended up chatting to the owners till the ealry hours sipping their homemade raki.
