Station 24 Hersonissos — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

Went here for the Villa v Bayern CL game, had a bite to eat and a few drinks, food very good although I think they could do with better quality fries but that's just my opinion. Service was great, servers all spoke v.g English and the waiter we had helped the wife with regards how a kebab comes in Greece LOL, had the garlic bread later on and that was fab, maybe a few meal pics wouod help. We went the next day for a quick lunch, pizza special but although the pizza was nice there was too much toppings on there which made the pizza a little soggy bottom, could do with a better range, onion, beef for example.

Walked into town a has enough of all inclusive food and stopped to have a drink here ended up eating as menu and place looked great. Ordered the grilled calamari for starter looked lovely but overcooked so rubbery and tough. My maib Lamb chops and tasty hubby had ribs they were ok nothing g special I think it’s a good kebab and burger bar but that’s it rose wine was also horrid had to put lots of ice in. Stopped by Station 24 in Crete for a quick breather—grabbed a couple of drinks and, on a whim, tried the apple pie. Glad I did, because that pie was the standout: warm, tasty, and properly comforting.

Service? Meh—it was fine. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to rave over either. Prices were bang-on average, so no surprises there.

All in all, it’s a decent little café if you’re passing by and fancy a low-key drink and something sweet. The apple pie alone makes it worth a...
