Cafe Creta Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Festos

A superior attitude that has no place. If a lemonade can be drunk (that's how it was brought, because...........you're in Greece and that's how they drink lemonade) with just lemon juice, without a bit of sugar and the lady there gets angry when you tell her that this is impossible..........that means a great lack of respect for the few customers they have! I for sure, would never set foot there again! I have been brought identical drinks in other places in Crete, but when I asked for sugar, I explained to them, although they knew very well, how to make a lemonade! If you don't know how to make a lemonade, why do you still have a sign that says, in big letters: Bar? And why do you treat customers like they're idiots who don't know anything? And this with great superiority ! On my money, I don't like this attitude ! Not all of us are stupids, like...

Such a bad service from the owner. I know Greek, and he was very disrespectful with one of my friends that doesn’t drink alcohol. He was very rude and unfriendly, hurrying us with the order, plus didn’t tell us before that you couldn’t pay card (which in Greece is ilegal).

The place is nice, the service terrible. Next bar more welcoming.

Honestly, change industry if you are not...

First of all, nice place, good drinks and a very kind young waiter. Unfortunately, the owner appears rude, bad-mannered and not nice at all towards most of their guests. He got three chances but we always felt very unwelcome, and therefore we will neither come back...
