This place is simply amazing. Both the owner and the cook are very friendly and together they help create a lovely atmosphere!

As a greek myself I have very high standards regarding the quality and the taste of food and Schinos met my expectation way more than enough! I suggest trying the local dishes that are made everyday with love and care. The quality of the vegetables blew my mind when I first visited the restaurant and ever since then I'm here everyday enjoying all kinds of dishes to my fullest!!

I guarantee you, that you will not be disappointed no matter what you order. Ask thwle owner, which dishes go well with others and with what kind of alcohol. He really knows his stuff! The cook is the owner's apprentice and I he is cooking at a very high and professional level

I personally love the greek salad, bougiurdi and the daily dish they have prepared, regardless what that is. The olives, the eggplants, the tomatoes, the peppers, the onion...I simply can't describe their taste

Must go here! A meal here is like being invited over to Andreas' family dinner, the owner. All the food is 100% authentic Greek passed down from his grandparents. He really does have a story for every meal explaining it and why he makes it. The food was so delicious bursting with complex flavors and passion. The garden is beautiful with the best view of Church of Panagia. Its situated just outside of Chora, so it is nice and quiet. It really felt like we were someone's private garden, and we had a personalized meal, complete with a dessert tasting from the owner's family farm Even if you don't recognize the menu items, just trust Andreas to select for you and you will have a wonderful experience, a meal...

Unfortunately we cannot give more than 5 stars but it would really deserve them at all. The food was delicious and it tastes like homemade cooked. We had Mousaka (homemade), tomatoes stuffed with rice and typical green beans salad. We had the feeling to be at friend's home for dinner. The owner Andreas is a such nice person, we arrived almost at closing time but he accepted us anyway with no problem, we really appreciated it. It is 5 mins walking distance from the city center but long far away from the touristic restaurants of the downtown. If you are in Folegandros you definitely have to spend a dinner here.
