I have been here many times before because I come from California to Greece to visit my family in the Athens Riviera and there have never been problems. Last night, I went to the restroom at Caretta and I put a paper napkin on the counter so my phone does not get wet while washing my hands and I forgot to lift the small paper towel from the counter. This cleaning lady started yelling at me and calling me stupid and that I have no “logic”. I told her you have no right to speak to me this way over a small mishap and she proceeded to tell me “girl you are stupid” and I told her you are abhorrent and the same way I said the polite plural madam to you that you are a worker here the same way you have to respect that I am a customer here and not your “girl”.

I have no idea how this person is employed by Caretta. Additional to that, my friend went back to the bathroom and the cleaning lady said “where is your friend?? Huh she should come back” as if she wanted to attack me?

I asked to speak with a supervisor and told him all of this he said I’m very sorry and you are completely right that is unacceptable. But I’m right so what? What happened from this? Did you provide some customer care or relief for this such as a complimentary drink? No. Πήρα το βραβείο της ανοιχτής παλάμης όπως λέμε και στην Ελλάδα.

I will not be bringing my business to this place again because it is not the cleaning lady’s fault, but it is the company itself that did not adequately train their employees. Including the young supervisor who did not know how to handle a customer being threatened and insulted by a person of his staff. Caretta did not ensure their employees have the most important skill of all —good manners to customers....

After trying to get into the beach near my new home and finding out the price was 10 euro per person and there were no guarantees of getting a sun umberella we decided to explore different options. We jumped on a bus and ended up disembarking near Glyfada.

A private beach was near us and we asked the price, noticed there was an amazing beach bar and although expensive we decided to give it a go as the price was marginally more expensive.

We were given towels, an ice bucket was provided full of ice and a litre bottle of water. The service we received was first class. The place is not crowded, perfect, the sea well you can see from the photos, I often wonder why anyone would leave this paradise and move to a different country.

I found out today I have an interview for a job, I was initially told they had no open position for me but after a private message to the CEO, and conveying my experience to him and apologising for hassling him, he told me to email HR again and I have an interview. So wanting to celebrate this momentous occasion I asked the bar man, the gentle, 2.04 tall man, do you make good Margaritas, to which he replied I believe I do.. so he was right, I confirmed it to him.. thanks Dimitris, enjoying my time here. We were made very welcome and the facilities are first rate.

Stop by you will not regret it. Perfect day for my friend...

Bad experience!!! We made a reservation for Saturday night dinner through THE LIST and received a confirmation code both via the app and email. Upon arrival, the extremely rude host couldn’t find our reservation and called over the even more condescending “manager,” who told us sarcastically that reservations made through THE LIST are not accepted on Saturdays. When we offered to show him our confirmation code and email, he dismissed us and said he would serve us as an exception. We were seated at a tiny table, barely suitable for two people—and certainly not for a full dinner. As for the food: We ordered spinach pie and fried feta as starters, which were tasty. The green salad, however, was unacceptable—bland, flavorless, and tasted like it came straight from a bag. For mains, I had the salmon, which was very mediocre and lacked flavor, while the sirloin was decent. To drink, we had one whiskey, one non-alcoholic beer, and a small bottle of sparkling water. We were two people, and the total came to €126. To summarize: aside from the beautiful location, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, and we did not...

Went to have a drink with hubby and friends as it was recommended to us to go there. We were thinking to have also something to eat and the menu was Italian food. We didn’t order any food as I think first of all for what the menu was offering it was overpriced. A pizza margherita for 14 euros not even in Italy you would find it ( and I am Italian) or a cacio e Pepe for 16 or 17 euros it’s an exaggeration ( it did have truffle which we Italian don’t put it in the cacio e Pepe..at least could have named it differently in the menu Cacio pepe with truffle..something like that..) also I saw just a simple pasta al pomodoro which is pasta with tomatoe sauce for 14 euros (if I remember correctly) it’s really a rip off. I can make this at home by spending only less than 5 euros from the supermarket for the ingredients. Anyways so we decided to get some cocktails which were really nice that’s why I give a 2 star but to be honest I wouldn’t recommend it to people to go there because everything is overpriced.
