I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Where do I even begin? Firstly, the lack of communication and organization was astounding. I placed an order for some dishes from the menu, only to be informed by the waiter that they were mysteriously unavailable. Strangely enough, I noticed another table enjoying those very same dishes! It seems like the staff couldn't be bothered to keep track of what was actually in stock. But that's not all. My family and I decided to order three plates of grilled shrimps. After devouring the first round, we eagerly awaited the second helping. However, despite patiently waiting for over 30 minutes, those promised shrimps never made their appearance. When I approached the waiter to inquire about the delay, he had the audacity to respond with blatant disrespect, saying they only had one plate left and asked if I wanted to take it or not. The nerve! To add insult to injury, another waiter chimed in and rudely informed me that there was nothing else available for us. Can you believe it? We were essentially told that we were unwanted and threatened with being thrown out of the restaurant. Absolutely appalling! The sheer incompetence and rudeness displayed by the staff at this all-you-can-eat establishment are truly unforgivable. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also treated us with disdain and utter disrespect. It's safe to say that I will never set foot in this restaurant again, and I strongly urge others to avoid it at all costs. There are far better dining options out there where you will actually be treated like a valued customer, unlike this sorry excuse for...
Read moreThe place is good, but if you think that you will pay 14€ and eat/sit unlimited you are wrong. Nobody disclosed in the beginning that there is a time limit of 2 hours that you can sit, so we were just chilling without any hurry, and we ordered some food and vine, and at the certain time we were asked to leave which was polite and okay, we orders last glass of vine, paid out bill and started preparing to leave, but unfortunately, strange, and very annoyed lady ( either owner or manager of cafe) came to our table, with angry and not friendly at all face took our last glass of vine from our table as well as dishes that were on the table and told us to leave. The regular check if regular cafe is 15-20 euro with 3 dishes and bottle of vine, we paid 28€ for not really enjoyable food and regular cheap vine and this behaviour says a lot of your eatery. So if you want to eat ok and drink ok, paying for this 14€ you can sure go here. By the way waiter being us fried squids when we asked NOT TO BRING, BECAUSE WE DONT EAT THEM, just to put on our table more cheap food, so we can full our stomachs with this 1€ cost fried trash and leave out. Your place dishonors the openness and...
Read moreForeign tourists trap. Extremely expensive! 25€ when it used to be 15€ few months ago. Tiny portions of low quality frozen food! Some dishes were not available despite the already small selection on the menu. Beers are not included. Beware, fish with skin and bones. Uncooked and uncleaned shrimps!!! Crab salad is in reality crushed surimi in mayonnaise so no crab at all!!!!!! Tasteless fried mussels. Overcooked hard French fries. Oily spicy cheese. All the warm dishes served immediately after ordering so when were they cooked to be ready so fast??? Third world employees in the kitchen (do they work legaly?) Customers smoking just under the no smoking sign!!!!!! Please pay by card only if you want a receipt. The positive point is the service which is fast and polite but it is not enough to...
