I love this place! Location doesn't say much as no special view nor looks out to the sea which might be a reason for someone to give it a miss but this family run tavern is simple and stunning, run by a fisherman who knows what actual fish of the day means and anything you will ever eat here is guaranteed catch of the day. Mainly why sometimes due to weather and lack of fresh fish it might be closed. Best cooked grilled fish ever, amazingly cooked fresh lobsters, awesome simply boiled shrimp and great service. Not your conventional fish tavern, not a giant menu and always decide what you are going to eat based on what the catch that day was, if you are a fish lover and want to have the best fresh grilled fish this is where...

If you want a truly authentic seafood taverna experience it’s a must try. Genuinely catch of the day, in display, and who comes first gets served first. We arrived at 20:15 in a counter full of fresh fish, and by 21 all was gone. Friendly service and fast. Βάζω δυο αστέρια και πολύ είναι επειδή το καλαμαράκι αν και ακριβό για τη ποσότητα ήταν λουκούμι. Κατά τα αλλά το μαγαζί είναι πανάκριβο με πολύ μικρά πιάτα ορεκτικων. Δεν ξέρω αν ήταν λόγω της ημέρας όπου δεν υπήρχε ποικιλία πιάτων αλλά και ότι υπήρχε από ψάρι ήταν πάνω από 40 ευρώ το κιλό . Επίσης μερίδες δεν υπήρχαν. Για την εξυπηρέτηση που καθυστερούσε δεν θα σχολιάσω γιατί ήταν 25 Μαρτίου. Αλλά αν είναι να δώσω τα μαλιοκεφαλα μου και να πεινάω στο τελος χωρίς να έχω και τις επιλογές που θέλω καλύτερα να πάω σε κάποιο γκουρμέ εστιατόριο . Απορώ με τις τόσες καλές κριτικές . Προφανώς επειδή ήμασταν οι φτηνιαριδες του μαγαζιού μιας και φάγαμε κάτι ορεκτικά για δείγμα με κρασί και ο λογαριασμός ήταν στα 30 ευρώ , σιγά μη σκάσουν και για κέρασμα στο τέλος. Η γνώμη μου είναι μακριά από αυτό το μαγαζί , σίγουρα υπάρχουν καλύτερες επιλογές και στο Ηράκλειο και...
