Krasas — Restaurant in Municipality of Heraklion

Krasas is right around the corner from our house, but somehow we never ordered from there or visited before. We were pleasantly surprised, I must say. The food got here fast, the hamburgers and other dishes we ordered were fresh and tasty. Well worth the prices.

There is one negative, however. Even though the hamburgers were tasty, and the ingredients fresh, these are not exactly hamburgers by an American's appreciation. I would call them "Greek Burgers" with appropriate buns, lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce sort of like what McD's uses.

All that said, I will order from again, maybe even the Greek hamburgers...

Very good place for fast casual food. The food was fresh and great. It was very easy to get to from the airport (HER)...only 6 minute drive away. I suppose if you were up for it, you could walk it. Lots of street parking. They have menus in English and great options for kids--or they were willing to customise our order for our children. It's clean. Superb location 3 min drive from the Airport, lots of spaces to park your car 🚙. Perfect location to stop and eat before you flight. HUGE portion, Delicious 😋 and very tasty gyros or grill meat 🥩for very sensible prices. Full of local citizens, which is good sign. Friendly and polite service. HIGHLY 👍...
