Had a great experience at the Supper Cku. In our last night in Ios. The owner was awesome and even gave this American a Guinness to show the difference between theirs and ours. It was delicious but not that much different than Americans. Smooth and refreshing. The pork belly was great, calamari was ok but I don't believe it was fresh they seemed yo perfect to have not been processed and packaged elsewhere. Wine was excellent. I met James the owner during my visit. Such a lovely man with a great vision! He paid great attention to detail and the rooftop has amazing 360° views of the churches at the top, Chora, the mountains and of course the amazing Ios sunset. The prices are very competitive for the area and I found the portions of food larger than the norm as well as very delicious. The drink selection is quite amazing and creative.
