NOA Beach Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

After eating at Noa several times we wanted to take our friends there to experience the beautiful food and service. I made a reservation asking for a table in the shade and this was done for our arrival.

Beautifully already laid up for us we took our seats and we were promptly given menus by a lovely young guy. We ordered a bottle of the local delicious wine which was reasonably priced at €20.

For starters I chose the hand cut fries and my husband had his favourite of Beef Carpaccio whilst our friends chose a dip platter each, but easily 1 would be enough to share. Pots of Advacado Tszaki, Humous and Fish Roe were accompanied by Pitta Bread. Again all the dishes were beautifully presented. See my pics and you will understand.

Mine and my friends main course was Grilled Salmon Fillet topped with a poached egg and Hollandaise Sauce. The accompanying Asparagus was cooked to perfection. Her husband chose the Angus Beef Burger that comes with bacon and cheese and a variety of sauces with hand cut fries whilst Martin had Chicken Teriyaki with Steamed Rice. Again all the meals were faultless and would rate them 💯!

The service, atmosphere and beautiful location probably add up to the best restaurant in Kardamena! We would recommend this to anyone and would like to return again before the end of season! Congratulations Noa Team. You are all outstanding! Love...

★★☆☆☆ Overpriced and Underwhelming – Disappointed by Noa

We visited Noa Food Tales & Cocktails hoping for a relaxing beach day, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations.

First off, the sunbeds cost €20, which is quite steep considering the quality was mediocre at best — especially when the neighboring beach bar offered free sunbeds that were actually much more comfortable. Had we noticed that earlier, we definitely would’ve gone there instead.

The coffee and overall food & drink offerings were also just average — nothing stood out in terms of taste or presentation, and certainly not enough to justify the prices. It all felt more style over substance.

That said, the staff were genuinely polite and responsive, which we appreciated — they were the one bright spot in an otherwise disappointing visit.

In summary, Noa feels overpriced for the quality it delivers. There are better nearby options where you can enjoy the beach...
