What a wonderfull home from home (we call it)
We come to this restaurant for many years now and we were never disappointed, not on the food, not on those many drinks we had and certainly on the friendly feeling we enjoy every time here.
The owner Kostas and his family run “ Le Gourmet” already a long time and we never let down on taste, look and the quality of his food and the kindness he and his staff has towards his customers. The restaurant has a big choice at the menu and the prices are very good, comparing quality and price to other restaurants in Agia. We always say you get so much more for youre money here. Our friends still talk about that year long ago, when his wife Maria made especially for us a wonderful tasty rabbit stew, “ kouneli me kanela" stifado, it was almost too much to eat, but so tasty and this stays in our minds sins then, nearly every year we come here a few times and we already longing for the next time to be back at this wonderful friendly place. Poor service, average food & atmosphere is ok.
Really slow and bad service, waiting 50 minutes for just schnitzel and other simple (pre-made) meals. When telling the manager that we have been waiting for 45 minutes already, we're getting the excuse that another table of 6 is holding the entire kitchen back and that it's "busy". The kitchen is too small or understaffed and clearly can't keep up.
When we finally got the food, it was mediocre at best. French fries were bad and not cooked, same ones you get at a school canteen. Rest of the food was ok but nothing more.
The chairs are really uncomfortable and hurt your back, we barely saw anyone actually leaning against it. The music was too loud aswell.
The smoking area is next to the non smoking area with no partition separating the two. All the bad smells and fumes go straight in your face anyways.
The best food was the cold sweet watermelon you get after you pay.
Other two positives were the beautiful lamps and the fact that the tables weren't too close from each other. Never coming back however, left...

I could not rate this place more!
The service was GREAT! Very accommodating of a young child (they have high chairs) and made a child size portion of a main meal and gave us some ice cream for free!!
The manager is very sweet and kind and the staff are all friendly.
The food was just chefs kiss for starters we shared a California roll, vine leaves and calamari and all were very tasty (the sushi was bomb!) and for main course we had pesto pasta, lamb chops, chicken à la crème and Giouvesti and all were just perfect.
On our second visit, we had mussels, mushrooms and spring rolls as a starter, all were great. For main course we had pork à la crème, Moussaka, spaghetti carbonara and Stifado and again all were perfect. The food is amazing!
