Lounda Pikantiki Gwnia — Restaurant in Municipality of Mykonos

Avoid at all cost!!! While on a work trip with my wife and our 5-month infant, we visited this place after a local recommended it, unfortunately it ended up ruining our day. This restaurant has an outside part that was closed with glass windows and added A/C to fight the heat and be more summer friendly. There are also a few tables outside for smokers (so we thought!!!). There were only a few customers and we sat at a corner near the windows. Tables were dirty with cigarette stains and rolling tobacco and in-between the flowers there were ashtrays filled with cigarettes and ash. We put the baby in the highchair and the waiter/manager? came to clean the table. Three people sitting near our baby started to smoke and when the waiter came to take our order, we told him that there is a problem with smoking next to a baby in a closed restaurant space. He did not respond and went on to pass our order. Moments later, a group of people entered the restaurant and because they were civilized, the smoker went outside to smoke. Then the waiter I gave strict warning about smoking, told the guy that it's OK to smoke inside!!!! My wife got frustrated and when the waiter came to bring us water I asked if we can open the windows and his answer was "we could but we have the A/C on", we strictly pointed out that there's a baby inhaling all that smoke and he rudely replied "what do you want me to do? empty the restaurant?" and went on to open the side door, that closed on its own a second after and turned his back at us going to the kitchen. The other waiter brought us the salad, we packed our stuff took the baby and left. This is the most disrespectful restaurant I have been in my entire life. It is not worth to be in business and smoking next to customers trying to enjoy their meal, let alone an infant is illegal. A table close to us had the same reaction to smoking but they already started eating and it showed on their faces that they wanted to eat as fast as possible and leave. I've been going here for a long time, I've dined in, I've gotten delivery, and takeout, that's why I won't answer one of the questions below since it doesn't let me choose all of them. This place is as much a restaurant as it is a fast food place. The food is all very delicious, and the staff very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is also very nice, relaxing, and suitable for any kind of dining. Lunch, dinner, and of any kind, date, business, or family time. Although is doesn't have a kids menu, it is also suitable for dining for kids. The staff are also very friendly to kids. I won't answer below the cost per person because that depends from what you order, but if you're gonna dine here, have some cash (or your card) with you even if you're not gonna spend all of it. When I dine there with my family we're usually around 6 - 8 people, and we each order one mail plate, around 3 salads, and all the menu of appetizers, and sometimes 2 or 3 of each we like. Different types of drinks, from beer, wine, sodas, and to waters, and countless refills on sauces. We usually pay around 150 - 200€. Now don't feel aroused, we eat good. And alot of the food sometimes doesn't get eaten. The only small inconvenience is that if you do takeout, you're gonna have to wait around 10 - 20 minutes, since this place is very popular for take out, and delivery, so the kitchen is very busy. We chose to eat in this restaurant because it used to be really good in the past. The food is good. We had an unpleasant experience with the service though. The guy who served us welcomed us and showed us the table. He started to bring plates, glasses, forks and knives and almost throw them on the table. We found it very rude. My friend wanted two dishes from the menu which weren’t available but none was written in the menu so he had to choose something else quickly on the spot.
