Well, what can I say?! Simply the best accommodation I have stayed in over the years. Extremely clean, friendly and just wonderful from start to finish. The staff are very approachable and polite, Giulio in the breakfast bar is very obliging, efficient and a credit to the hotel. There wasn't much information online about this hotel but it's a collection of 13 suites and villas, some with private pools and some with hot tubs. There is a communal pool which is rarely busy, with sun beds and deck chairs around it. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa meant for 6 (but we were only 3) - there were two large doubles, a large single room and a sofa bed. Kitchen was clean and well-equipped, mini bar prices are high so I would advise going up the road to the OK! Mart to buy your drinks. It's a short walk only, max 5 mins even if you walk slow and it's hot. Masoutes is down the road in the other direction and perhaps offers a bit more choice. Location is great but if you're coming from the south side, you'll likely miss it as it's only well-signposted for those coming from the north (which is the best way from the airport). It's a bit hidden from the road but not secluded at all. Felt safe there at all times. Lots of good eateries close by, even walking distance. Highly recommend - Andreas and Maria which is 3 mins walk away. The only small improvement is that I wish there was a washing machine in the villa. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful with fresh orange juice and teas/coffees - the selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cakes and choice of eggs varied every day and was delightful. Otherwise a perfect family getaway... We will be back!

Can’t rate high enough this place has been absolute heaven - blissful, quiet and near enough to the best spots. We walked into town and back 30mins for dinners & sights then mid week hired a cheap bike directly opposite to see the rest of the island - not much to see, this hotel is in between the best 2 places which are both walkable. Rooms are immaculate, fresh, spacious. Pool was so quiet even though there were many guests, most days we had it to ourselves. Breakfast was for kings!! Would recommend this place to anyone over being right in Mykonos town - the staff are amazing too, made out trip super special Only complaints would be limited kitchen utensils but we coped and I’m sure if we asked could have had a sharp knife for example but we didn’t care that much!

The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming however I feel like the private pools could be a and a bit more fancy like have nice deckchairs for the price you pay it’s not worth it. In addition to this the hotel had a blackout for about an hour but it was not great at all as we was trying to get ready to go out and they just apologised. The breakfast if you want sausage and bacon you have to ask and it’s a bit repetitive. Also got the floating breakfast it was literally the same breakfast you get included but paid 150 euros for the tray basically. Also our flight was in the evening and checkout is at 11am however I was not expecting to stay for free but they charged us 300 euros extra to leave at 6pm which was a bit high.

It’s such a shame, this was the end to our holiday. Whilst the Villa was large and spacious. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. ||The breakfast was limited, no menu to know what you’re getting. Basically, egg, bread, fruit and cheeses al la carte. No other hot food, or toast. Service was slow. We left after the eggs were served as nothing else came out and no one even noticed us at all. To even check how we were. Only one person servicing the entire restaurant. Poor chap. This is not worth the price. It says full breakfast included but you have to pay €5 euros extra for a Latte? Yet it says breakfast included. We’ve had better breakfasts at a much lower price. ||There was no water in the room, you had to pay. You had two nespresso pods for coffee but no milk or cream. ||The pool jets didn’t all work. We later asked for some ice from the room service and said they were too busy! ||Not for €340 per night your not! ||Couldn’t do late check out||Transfer service says free on website yet we paid €35 euros from Port to Villa and then €35 euros from Villa to airport which isn’t far at all. This is well overpriced. ||Didn’t seem to care that we didn’t have a great experience. Upon check out, when we were asked. Said it was just ok, not great or anything and they weren’t bothered. ||The two owners, didn’t acknowledge or speak. Not a good impression. ||No carry to room luggage service, despite two flights of stairs. Other hotels do this easily. ||I’ve been coming to Greece for over 13 years and this is a most disappointing experience. ||Wouldn’t pay this amount of money again for a one night...

This property is amazing! We stayed in a two bedroom Villa with a private pool. It was gorgeous! We also had a smaller bedroom with a twin bed. Each of the three rooms had a full bathroom (the smaller bedroom had a smaller bathroom, but still a full bath). The suite had a full kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor patio with dining table, and a private outdoor pool. We were also close to the hotel pool, which was lovely. ||Breakfast was included in the rate, and it could be either delivered to the room or served at their super cute restaurant on the outdoor covered patio. The food was divine, but what stood out even more was the service. Renia took care of us every day, and she was such a delight. She is genuine and seems to truly enjoy connecting with the guests. Benjamin was also fantastic. He assisted us with dinner recommendations and reservations, and we loved his suggestions. ||We wish we had been able to take advantage of the in-room spa services they offer, but we wanted to spend time at the beach and in town. We did enjoy the hotel pool, though. It is well maintained and offers full bar service from their restaurant. Loved the floating bean bags!||The hotel team was very accommodating with scheduling transfers for us (we wish we had asked about the local bus schedule - may have been cheaper). ||All in all, it was an incredible experience! Thank you to the Portes...
