My wife and I have placed Sistina Mykonos on top as our favorite meal during our month long Honeymoon trekking across Europe. We were continually impressed by the quality and taste of each dish we ordered. From the drinks, appetizer, our mains, and dessert. The ambiance made the meal even more enjoyable. We sat outside around 10:30 PM, and even with the warm summer breeze we were very comfortable with the spacious table settings. We even enjoyed the music.
Our Order:
DRINKS: Capela Sistina and Omerta Both these drinks impressed my wife and I. We hardly have the same taste in drinks but we fully agreed they were great.
The Capela Sistina was able to bring sweetness of the strawberry forward without being overpowering and had a nice tart finish that left your pallete wanting for another sip.
The Omerta is refreshment in a glass. Be careful of these on a hot afternoon as they go down very easy. Do not be worried about the gin being too flowery or perfume forward with this drink.
Both these drinks are well balanced, we ended up ordering another round.
APPETIZER: Burrata This appetizer was just an introduction to the flavors this place was able to present. A ball of burrata served atop a thick toasted slice of bread with a basil pesto and romesco. Our waiter graciously spread both sauces across the top of the bread and opened up the silky burrata enveloping the slice of bread, then served us each. All we could was nod in agreement about how delicious this was.
MAIN COURSE: Pistacho Pizza & Pesto Pasta
Where to begin with the Pistacho Pizza?! Don't be worried about the name. Rethink what you imagine a pizza to taste like. Order this and be delighted by it. The dough was impressive on its own, but topped with crema di formaggio, mortadella, basil pesto, stracciatella, and ground pepper, this pizza is on another level of delicious.
The Pesto Pasta was just as good as the Pistachio Pizza. Alternating bites between the two was an amazing experience. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and coated with the basil pesto we had just had with the burrata. We used the pizza crust to mop up as much of the pesto as we could.
DESSERT: Pistachio Tiramisu This is not your typical Tiramisu. The cookies dipped in espresso held their shape and texture adding a nice crisp and crunch contrast against the light and airy mascapone. Topped with plenty of crushed pistachio. This dessert did not last long on the table especially paired with an espresso.
For being a relatively new restaurant, just around a month old as I write this review, the staff was attentive, friendly, and very helpful when we asked for recommendations. We can not help but hope you find your way to this restaurant and experience it yourself.

Read moreSistina Mykonos is an okay place. We tried four pizzas: Pistachio, Sistina, Capri, and the one with the tartare. The Sistina was nice, the Pistachio was okay but had an absurd amount of pesto, the Capri was pretty average, and the tartare pizza should be taken off the menu. The portion of tartare was ridiculously small, and it’s a pizza, it shouldn’t have too much tartare, but this was ridiculous. overall, it didn’t taste good. It came with four poorly cooked, drenched in oil, chips and some black crackers that had no reason of being on the pizza. We also tried the tiramisu, which was definitely the worst dish of the night. The savoiardi biscuits were crunchy, even though somehow there was a soup of espresso on the bottom of the plate, the cream was warm, and there was no pistachio flavor at all.
Another issue was the music—guys, you can't blast random pop songs from YouTube while constantly changing the volume. It really killed the vibe.
On the positive side, the prices were reasonable, and the pizza dough was really really good. Overall, service was fine.
The place has all the right components to be one of the best pizza spots on the island, but right now, it’s just not there.
