I've been spending my holidays in Naxos for many years, and every time I return, Zafiri Bakery Café in Agios Prokopios never fails to impress me. The variety and quality of their baked goods are truly outstanding – from delicious sausage pies to perfectly flaky croissants.

The coffee side is just as remarkable: the cappuccino is made to perfection (I’m Italian, so I like to think I know a thing or two about coffee!), and their smoothies and many other options are excellent as well. Whether you choose to enjoy your food and drinks on the pleasant outdoor terrace or take them to go, the experience is always top-notch.

A final word on the service: Naxos is well known for its warm and welcoming hospitality, and yet Zafiri manages to stand out even further. The staff is friendly, attentive, and consistently kind – a true highlight...

Exceptional baked goods everyday fresh and truly remarkable well preserved coffee Quality accompanied by consistency!! The beautiful people that are working here at Zafiris Bakery Agios Prokopios are spreading positivity, you will smell the appealing pure pleasure in the air for a fact, my mornings here are always going by very lovely and flowing smoothly (as they should be)!! I recommend each sweet tooth individual to pay a small visit here at Zafiris for a very Greek generous highly promising experience. We started every morning at this bakery and it was the perfect way to begin the day. The smell of fresh bread and pastries as we walked in was amazing. The only thing wrong with this place is that I can't live right next to it to get breakfast every day. Make sure to get your coffee and juices from Bill at the coffee bar. Yes, Bill, the only Greek I know named Bill, in a sea of Nikos, Demetris, Stavroses. This guy rocks a cool earing and make quality drinks.

Spanikopita/spinach pie was decent but felt very heavy. I’d say the dough has a lot of oil/grease that makes in rather dense. My aunt makes the best and I’m used to the dough tasting less oily. I don’t like package Phillo , which this was not, but disappointed overall. Would not buy again.
