We are here on 2 occasions so I'm trying to balance the review in consideration. The first time was for lunch and the food, staff and atmosphere was fabulous, we couldn't ask for anything better. So much so we decided to try it for dinner on our last night. Service was slow to start with as there were only 2 people on shift but that didn't matter, it's a beautiful view and it was half full. We placed our orders and had our drinks but not even half way through our starters they tried to serve us our mains. If we'd had cold starters it wouldn't have been an issue but we were around a quarter through and the waiter simply said "they've been fast". We politely declined being served our mains and finished our starters as quickly as we could. My partner left some of her starter so that it wasn't too long a wait. The mains were brought out seconds later and were stone cold. We'd already ordered some drinks but couldn't eat the cold food. Again, politely, we informed the staff that the food was cold and we didn't want it and it was taken away. The drinks were served and we were happy to finish these, pay the bill and leave. Just before the drinks were finished a second attempt at the food was offered. We again, politely, declined the food, stating we hadn't asked for a replacement, nor was it offered) discussed, we simply wanted to finish our drinks and leave. About 5 minutes later a waiter came to us and confronted us, fairly aggressively, about declining the second meal. We explained we'd not asked for a replacement or been informed one was coming as we would have declined it. He made a complete scene, which was totally unnecessary and confrontational and totally spoiled out last night. He was also very fluid with the facts of the evening. The poor timing of the food orders was something we were quite happy to overlook! We explained, we'd been very happy with the starters, happy to complete our drinks and pay the bill. Mistakes can happen, we were happy to accept this. The confrontational attitude of the waiter made a poor situation so much much worse. My recommendation is,...

Pros: • Absolutely stunning location • Funny and entertaining waiter • Parking is included for customers

Cons: • You end up feeling forgotten — whether it’s about getting the menu, placing the order, or being served. • I specifically asked for sparkling water without lemon, but it came with lemon in the glasses. • We waited a long time for the food, and unfortunately, the starter arrived after the main dishes. We had ordered the starter to have something quickly, as we were starving. • My boyfriend ordered the Talagani Tenderloin but received the Balsamic Tenderloin instead — a frustrating and careless mistake. • They ran out of smashed potatoes, so we had to choose between French fries and baby potatoes. The “baby” potatoes were anything but — they were almost regular-sized. 🤦‍♂️ They also forgot to bring me the French fries🙄 • The oven-roasted vegetables were disappointing: one baby carrot, a slice of zucchini, and a slice of corn. 😂 • They didn’t even have large bottles of sparkling water left, so we had to settle for two small ones. • The food was neither good nor bad, just very average — except for the starter, which was odd. The cheese was literally floating in tomato juice. • When we asked for the bill, we had to wait again. In the end, we just went to the front to pay ourselves.

Edit: We came back a second time since it was the closest place to the beach, and we decided to give it another shot.
