The service, food, and views from this restaurant were exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Kassiopi. The moment we were seated we were greeted by the Sommelier who talked us through the wine list and was extremely knowledgeable. He asked us our budget and preferences towards wine before selecting a local wine that was superb. He even steered us away from our initial choice knowing that the wine would be too strong for the food and would overwhelm our palettes.

In terms of the food, the taste and presentation were 5/5 all around. We had dinner for two that included a whipped feta and tomato amuse bouche, seabass carpaccio and aubergine foi gras starters, grilled octopus and sea urchin spaghetti mains, and a shared Greek dessert similar to a mille-feuille with fresh fruit, cream, and kumquat ice cream. The meal was finished with a lovely complementary mastika digestive. It was sweet and herbaceous. A fabulous way to end the meal. The portion sizes were really generous and was definitely worth the higher price.

Our server was fabulous and walked us through the day's special and answered any queries we had about the food. She was attentive without being overbearing, which is something you want in a higher-end establishment. She made sure to explain every dish that came out. She even asked me if I was ready with my phone out to record the aubergine foi gras starter as it was a smoked starter. She definitely knew how to play to the social media age we live in.

All-in-all for two people with a starter, main, shared dessert, two glasses of Greek sparkling wine, and a bottle of wine (€45), the total was around €160 without tip. Being a Londoner, this was an absolute steal for a meal. In London, I would easily be paying £250 for something of similar quality.

The cherry on top was without a doubt the view. The restaurant is located on top of a cliff that looks out over the sea. You will need to reserve a spot if you want a dinner with a view. I overheard the manager telling walk-ins that all the seats with a view were all booked. Luckily, I only booked earlier in the day. I would recommend booking for 7pm to guarantee yourself a spot with a view.

Overall, I would consider this restaurant a relaxed but luxurious experience that was well worth the money. It was without a doubt a highlight of my...

During our recent visit to Kassiopi, Corfu, we had the pleasure of dining at Trilogia Restaurant, and it was an experience we will cherish for a long time. The moment we walked in, we were captivated by the elegant ambiance and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The cuisine at Trilogia is nothing short of phenomenal. The menu masterfully combines modern culinary techniques with the rich, traditional flavors of Greek cuisine. Each dish we tried was a delightful journey of tastes and textures, showcasing the chef's creativity and deep respect for local ingredients.

One standout was Trilogia's version of the Greek salad. I can confidently say it was one of the best salads I've ever had, anywhere in the world. The freshness of the ingredients, the perfect balance of flavors, and the innovative presentation made it an unforgettable dish.

While the prices at Trilogia are higher than most restaurants in Corfu, they are fully justified by the exceptional quality of the food, the impeccable service, and the overall dining experience. Every bite was worth every euro spent, and we left feeling thoroughly satisfied and eager to return.

Additionally, the scenery of the restaurant is phenomenal. Overlooking the sea, Trilogia offers a breathtaking view of the sunset, making the dining experience even more special. Watching the sun set over the water while enjoying a delicious meal added a magical touch to our evening.

In conclusion, Trilogia Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in distinguished, modern Greek cuisine. It stands out as a gem in Kassiopi, offering a dining experience that is both sophisticated and deeply rooted in tradition. Highly recommended!

Thank you, Trilogia, for an unforgettable evening. We will...

My wife and I visited for a second time (in a trip of a week, first time was lunch). That says something of the quality of the food. Being a small town we expected the usual rustic/ holiday bar/ restaurants and nothing wrong with these which serve very good food but did not expect to find a gem like Trilogia - a restaurant redefining what you’d expect from a small town in Corfu. Staff are immaculately turned out- as is the restaurant itself. Very polite, gracious and impeccable service throughout the meal. The food is incredibly innovative and well presented. The sea bass carpaccio was achingly pretty and almost a shame to eat it. Breads all made in house - amd what a difference that makes in the elevation of a meal. Delicious. Olive oils explained, wine choices offered and honestly paired. The restaurant has a philosophy and we loved it, the chef and the team are incredibly talented and I urge anyone to visit - also worth travelling for when in Corfu. Make no mistake, this is as good as any fine dining restaurant you could visit in a major city. Prices very reasonable. I don’t take photos of food - however the sunset is the view you can expect out of the commanding and panoramic views from the dining room.
