KOSTAS ON THE BEACH — Restaurant in Municipality of Northern Corfu

We went here for dinner. The food came out extremely fast, both starters and main courses. We didn't even have time to properly finish the starters.

Our starters were a bit burned but still fairly delicious feta cheese and spinach rolls.

The main dishes were gigantic. Like basically impossible to finish gigantic. And tasted a bit bland. The stuffed tomatoes and pepper come with an unholy amount of rice inside them and basically nothing else.

Lovely restaurant, polite and welcoming staff. Our host recommended this restaurant as it was the only place opened in the middle of November. They open at 1pm for drinks and at 2pm for food. Our waitress told us that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We ordered Greek coffee, chicken souvlaki and stamna one of the specialties in Corfu. The food was really good, especially the stamna. It was like very good beef stew, the meat was super tender and the flavour of cinnamon was very well balanced. The total bill came to €35...

Back after a few years and enjoyed the view. It was very hot as the sun set but was very nice once it was down and the sunset was beautiful. The lamb special was great as were the grilled lamb chops and stamna. White wine was not very cold but an ice bucket sorted that. Best to book if there are...
