Mamacita Mexican Restaurant n Latin Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Northern Corfu

Very underwhelmed for this restaurant, we had no trouble getting a table however we waited 15mins just to get asked for drinks and then once we ordered we waited another 30mins to receive our starters, which was chicken wings and onion rings. Our mains however were really nice apart from the prawn tacos, they were somewhat bland but still okay. The ribs were amazing and the fajitas was fun to have too as they set it on fire before giving it to you. We didn’t get asked if we wanted any drinks so we had to chase down the waiters. Visited Mamacita on what seemed to be a slow night for them as when we went in at around 11:15pm the was a bunch of young girls, and two more couples spread at two tables. Half an hour later we were the only customers there. The Latin music they were playing was nice, and the drinks were well mixed and done with reasonable prices. The personnel was very friendly and professional. I don't know if they have busier nights in weekends, or if they get crowded only in August or not at all. I don't know why, I hope they get lots of customers and busy nights as everything looks nice at Mamacita, from the building itself, the paintings, the interior design, the open air balcony/terrace, the music, and their drinks. Food was nice, but not particularly plentiful (hubby had the tacos and was left wondering where the rest of his meal was).

The waiter bought me the wrong drink and I couldn't be bothered to send it back since it was something I'd usually drink anyway.

Toilets - lock broken on the door to the ladies, and it could have done with being cleaner and better looked after.
