Restaurant Bar Angelos — Restaurant in Municipality of Northern Corfu

well what can i say about this place, part of my family were already in the place sat at tables i walked in and sat at a table i was given a menu and the waiter then walked away without asking did i want to order a drink or anything. my wife and son and out other family arrived and two sat at my table and my wife and son at mother table they were then given menus and asked did they want to order drinks and still I had not been asked, then my sister in-law and friend were given a menu again i was not asked did i want to order a drink. so i and never drank or eat anything, and not asked was everything ok. So when we left i asked for the manager and to my surprise the young man who had given me the menu was the manager and when challenged over this poor service he told me he was to busy. Wow after working customer facing my whole life i had never been given that as. reason. Then it got even worse no sorry nothing just a stupid smile on his face. It was his loss as we were a party of 17 and then booked the place just around the corner for our 25th wedding anniversary. stay away from this place walk around the corner to a far better place with great service and...

This is a great family place. It has a more relaxed feel, and being outdoors, it was a good place for my kids. The service is more of a European style, relaxed but thoughtful. They have a good sized menu, but our favorites were the Gyros and the omelettes, which are served all day. The only thing I did not love was the pizza, I am a pizza snob, but my kids enjoyed it.

Over the ten days we were in Agios Georgios, we ate here 7 times, 4 of those were "to go". It made dinner easy after a fun day on beach. We had logding close by, so my husband or I would stop in and place and order and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Drinks were priced reasonably too...some restaurants have a crazy mark up, bjt I would call this normal restaurant price.

And the family working there was super kind....

We had a wonderful experience at Angelos Restaurant Bar in Agios Georgios Pagon Corfu. It’s a truly family-run place, and you can feel the warmth and friendliness from the moment you arrive. The staff are attentive and genuinely welcoming, which makes the whole atmosphere relaxed and inviting.

The food was good — fresh, flavorful, and authentically Greek, with generous portions at very fair prices. The service is quick and professional, yet personal at the same time.

We also stayed in their apartments, which were spotless, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. Everything was well maintained and clean, making it a perfect base for enjoying the area.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agios...
