The food is absolutely amazing there. This is our favourite taverna with my boyfriend. We took my family there when they visited and they asked to go a second time within a week. They're still talking about it months later. My aunt even tried to make the roasted feta at home but couldn't achieve this. The food is perfectly cooked and great quality. The meats are so tasty and tender, they melt in your mouth. I don't even like pork but I eat theirs like my life depends on it. The pita bread is freshly baked and delicious. The fries and chips are fresh and homemade. Everything is delicious. I especially recommend the pork kalamakia, the keftedakia, the tzatziki (also homemade, also delicious), the fried zucchini, and don't leave this world before trying their roasted feta. Service is also great, the staff is so nice and smiley. They always offer a little dessert as well. They're always really nice and tasty, even though we're never hungry after all the delicious dishes. Seriously, if only one restaurant had to exist, we'd...
Read moreUnfortunatly i have to edit my review. Today we ate here for the second time. The food was pretty good. (Not as good as the first time), and i think that is because they rushed our order. Tables behind and next to us came and left before we had our first meal. The table next to us got our order of grilled feta. After 45 minutes we asked avout our order. Within 5 .inutes they trew our plates together and served an okay meal. The grilled feta never reached our table. After telling the waiter he told us he'd take it off the bill. The owner didn't seam to agree and we had to pay for halve a meal we never got. Its not a money issue but a hospitality issue. So in short, very hard to reach staff, late/missing meals and an owner that makes a his problem an our problem. Too bad, wompwomp from 5...
Read moreI had very good time and food each time I went there. The wine is not spectacular though, but I liked the food. The service was always quick and polite. I think the portions are more then generous, the fries are great and the cook really knows how to prepare the beef meat. Especially the one slowly cooked. I dont think the restaurant is expensive, it is a good deal. There are not many fish dishes, but the meat ones and the salads are great. Saslik was amazing here. But, once we ordered something strange, I dont remember the name of the dish, but it was a lot of fried potatoes, not fries, 4 eggs and ham. It was very fat, greasy and overall, not good, so do not order...
