!!!Favourite Premium Street Food Spot in Town!!!

As a visitor in the city of Rethymnon we’ve visited this place several times when looking for a delicious full meal quick served before our way back to our town. People working there are warm and smiley anytime you visit the store and willing to welcome you even on busy times. They are helpful and able to help you with any questions you might have about the food they offer. The atmosphere is warm and cozy making you relax. The place is decorated in a way you feel that the place is a premium restaurant but in more street style tones, which I love. The food has been delicious every time, portions are big enough and the prices reflects the good quality of the product you are consuming. The bonus is that the place is wheelchair accessible, the outdoor/indoor place and the bathrooms are clean and they offer delivery services too. Our experience has been good enough to highly recommend it to those who have not tried it yet. Locals and visitors.

The most unpleasant experience. We ate there in June and the food tasted great but now we couldn't even make it to order because the staff was unkind enough to try to rush us to change table as we thought they came for our order they actually started rearranging tables and chairs. I am sorry but your restaurant was full with couples sitting on tables for 4 people. You don't just randomly decide that we cannot.

P.S. as a reply to the owner's comment just to make it clear - your staff started rearranging our table and two people were ready to sit with us already before we were asked to move and while we already felt awkward and kicked out. That is not hospitality, now you put it like you did alone in your comment - it sounds like greediness - to feed a group and to ignore two people. I really can't recommend it. While the food is really good, the bad behaviour of the waiters is really ruining the place. After they managed to bring the second beer with alcohol, instead of without alcohol (0%, free), not only that they didn't own up to their mistake, but actually they first pretended there is no mistake, and then the unapologetic shift manager proceeded to praise and actually encourage drinking and driving. Afterwards, they just hid in the back waiting for us to leave. No apologies, no anything.
