We arrived and were greeted politely. We were asked if we were ready to order (we said yes), but it took 10 minutes before a waitress arrived to take the order. We ordered 3 starters and 5 mains courses (all burgers). The starters arrived - unfortunately very quickly followed by the main courses. Often a restaurant informs you that the food arrives at the same time, but we were all surprised. The quality of the starters was very good. However 3 of the 5 burgers were lukewarm so we returned them. The two who had burgers that were warm/hot enjoyed them. But the other burgers never arrived so after waiting another 20 minutes we cancelled the remaining order. So a mixed experience overall. We visited Cul de Sac hoping to spend the evening there. On the positive side, the drinks were well-priced, even a bit cheaper than nearby spots, and they tasted great. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match up. We were overlooked multiple times and had to wait a long time for anyone to take our order. For our second round of drinks, we had to ask twice, and after more delays, we decided to pay and leave for a different place. A very cosy place at a very nice location. I had to figure out how to take a seat as I was waiting for someone to seat me but I couldn’t get anyone’s attention so just sat somewhere and annoyed waiters with my eyes until they realized me. That was the only negative thing about the place. I had a drink and those baby burgers. Just wow. Not something special but definitely tasty, juicy and big portioned.
