Best gyros around. Extremely juicy. Well and generously spiced. I have tasted some kebabs or gyros meats around different places in europe and this definitely won first place so far. Meat had nice flavourful chunks that are bursting with juice even for chicken that tends to be dry. Not in this case! Only small flaw was that fries needed a bit of salt, but that was remedied by biting into unbelievably delicious and juicy meat. Tomatoes and sour cream added extra flavours. Prices are extremely low for food of this quality. There are only two restaurans in Rethymno that deserve 6 out of 5 stars and this one of them, second is 10 meters next door. Delicious smoky meat, generous portions, great service. Just plan your time in advance as it may take up to 30 min to grill your meat - it’s freshly grilled for you. In my case, it was ready super quick - in about 15 minutes.

Update: dined in the following day and ordered “grill mix for 2” (as recommended in the comments) - the portion is gigantic, a very good assortment of juicy grilled meat, salad, onion, tomatoes, bread and pita, fried potato, 3 different sauces. The local red wine was also very good quality. The “cherry on top” was a dessert on the house and a professional service.

I would give more than 5star definitely, because the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, we had 2 portion of gyros plate, and to be honest the portion was really big, I was in trouble to finish my food and the quality is just top level especially the quantity. And after all we got 2 small Greek yoghurt dessert for free what was a really good touch and the taste..... Incredibly good. So I would like to recommend this place...
