Bit of a strange experience here. On one hand great to have live music and both the vine leaves and souvlaki we ordered were good. On the other hand the prices matched or were above a lot of places we've eaten in the old town (having been for 4 weeks so far) which seemed odd. The moussaka was sloppy and included more chips than aubergine.
They also the didn't mention when we arrived that their card machine didn't work which meant trekking to find somewhere to get cash (bit odd as well in 2021) not a great one compared to the many other places...

I love moussaka and I can honestly say it’s one of the best in the local area I’ve eaten. My wife usually has the Stifado and says it reminds her of her “adopted” grandfather’s dish. A testament to the food.

I can say I’m sorry I didn’t try it earlier because this was by far the best and most funniest restaurant during my stay in rethymnon. They were friendly and welcoming inviting. I was dancing together with the staff and the musicians included the audience.
