0 customer service (unless you're a young attractive girl and they want to flirt with you).

Asked for a table for 3 on arrival and didn't seem happy when we pointed out the only free table that was in fact made for 4.

After about ten minutes they still hadn't come to take our order so we had to call them.

Aperol spritz was terrible. Prosecco was either completely flat or they just used white wine. Pink grapefruit instead of orange as a garnish added awful bitterness. It's probably one of the most basic cocktails to make and it was almost undrinkable.

They then took a long time for to take payment, again needing be called.

Interestingly, a table nearby with two nice young girls got 5 star service from several waiters infatuated with them. Everything arriving fast and so much friendlier and welcoming. Probably the best Greek service I've witnessed in 5 years of coming to Rhodes, I wonder why.

Whoever designed the aesthetic of the bar itself 5 star but whoever assembled the team,...

This cocktailbar has a very good vibe, the Staff in the bar is very professionel and the staff in general is welcoming you. But there is a huge issue. The dont listen to customers. We have been there twice this weekend. Ordrering simple drinks. The first time it took 30 minutes to get a card, drinks arrived. We enjoyed them, wanted to order more, But waited to long for the card, so We paid and left. Tonight it tool us 30 minutes to get the card, 20 minutes to receive the drinks ( wich was not What We ordered,so wrong drinks)and another 30 minutes to receive the Bill. After talking load to the waiter he starts to complain that “We are not slaves”. ……No your not. And you re not serviceminded, and equipted to run such a Lovely place. Step up your service, Face the customer and work instead of complaining. Otherwise you may not have a business by the end of the year. Now We will enjoy our stay and go out to other cocktails bar the next...

The flavours were fine, nothing to write home about but solid. The tacos were disappointingly small. Sure, their prices were lower to somewhat indicate this fact but it still did not reflect their true size (they still would have felt slightly too small if they were listed as appetizers). Speaking of appetizers, this was not a huge deal but the only person in our party who both ordered an appetizer and a main dish got their main dish earlier and had time to finish it before the appetizer arrived.

I would have given this place two stars but what changed my mind was one of the waiter’s response to our criticism. We said that we liked the flavours but were surprised of how small the tacoses were compared to the normal sized burger and his response was essentially ”tacos are small. We can make the burgers smaller if you want”.
