If waiting is your thing, take a seat, because this is their key indicator performance. When you walking towards the street, you think this is a perfect place for a dinner. They will provide you a seat and than walk immediately towards another table. After almost 10 minutes we could order a drink. The drink will take almost 15 minutes. Than they think it is a good idea to wait while we finish the drink and than take our dinner orders. We discover that they do not have the things they say they have on the menu. Especially, the salmon and the other grill specialties. After almost 1 hour waiting… the food came to our table. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the order so my little sister did not get her food. We need to wait for another 15 minutes to get her food and it was bot even what she ordered. The food is really tasty, but the service is lacking in every aspect. The wateriest is inappropriate and rude, and she do not have a sense of humor. The younger waiters are so kind and helpful. All the tables around us experience the exact same thing and this is not what you expect when sitting in such a luxurious and beautiful place. Another thing is that this place is not findable on Google Maps, is this because of this reason? All with all, this dinner experience could be performed in such better way if the following feedback will be taken into consideration.

Our first family holiday in Rhodes. We were all inclusive in our hotel. Although the food was adequate we were craving some amazing local cuisine. We walked up & down the strip & came back to Elias as we were drawn to the atmosphere, how busy they were & most importantly the food we could see! Our whole experience was outstanding!
