Harmony — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

I'm giving this place 1 star as the service in here is appalling. We turned up in good time to have our food before a quiz night there was 4 of us and we ordered our drinks and food which looked really nice. The place is very large and was not packed to the rafters but enough to think it was good to eat there as many were eating. After 45mins and more people were coming in and now are glasses were empty and now time was getting on, the staff could see us getting anxious for our food. We spoke to a waiter and explained are plans and that the lateness of the food could make us late and he said yours is in 4mins,too which we replied and was grateful as not were we hungry but also thirsty. Well as the food kept rolling out there was no sign of ours so with that I got up walk to the bar area were I also heard a customer paying his bill but complaining that the service was terrible which prompted me to go back to my seat and decide to pay up and leave, we beckoned the waiter over and with that another 30mins later (not 4) he served our food. My wife asked the waitress for the bill while we were eating to make it easier to leave and get go our intended event, too which this never happened either I must also say from the beginning we stated 2 separate bills as well being in couples. Once the food was finished we asked for our bills again and I said "This is going to on 1 bill" and it was do sgsim we had to explain this so the waiter split the bill down and we paid he ask us if we enjoyed the meal and apologised for it being so late for which I again explained we were going on to an entertainment gig which we now missed and his response was too shrug his shoulders and say sorry and walk away. When you see people coming in ordering food after you have arrived and get there's 1st it's bad management but to them lie about how long you food is going go be as well doesn't make this place good. Moral of the story if you have plans don't eat here or allow plenty of time or better still go else where there is so much choice you won't...

Don’t even know where to start. They allow smoking indoors so had to change tables TWICE because of people smoking near us. Our orders were sirloin steak with chips (very well done), plain omelette and chips and finally pork belly with ONLY chips… nothing else was supposed to be on the plate.

Sirloin steak was not cooked very well done and the staff member tried to argue that it was very well done despite it clearly being pink. Omelette was extremely thin and slightly burnt. Pork belly came with mashed potatoes that were in a liquid form? Not solid. Also other items were included that we asked to not be included NOT to mention that exactly 4 chips came with this. Not 4 portions of chips… just 4 chips

The pork belly barely got eaten due to being chewy and ruined by the other stuff on the plate, sirloin steak was honestly the toughest and chewiest steak I’ve ever had the ungrateful pleasure of eating (only took one small bite and rest was left) and lastly the omelette and all the chips were the only things fully eaten (not surprising considering how small the omelette and chip portions were) but the person who ate the omelette was extremely close to throwing up because of how disgusting it was

And after all this visible unpleasantness with the meal and most of it being left they still refused to take anything off the bill. If they offered a refund for at least the pork belly and steak then this would have been a 2 star review. If they decide to reply to this review and offer us a refund we will happily change the review.

Whole meal came to about €47 so for all of us to walk away disgusted and hungry obviously...

We stupidly tried this place twice, mainly because the kids had a play area. The food wasn’t great on the first occasion but we tried again hoping it would be better. It was vile. The “carbonara” was literally 3/4 inch deep in Butter, there was no cheese it was just revolting in taste as well as looks. The kids wouldn’t eat their chicken nuggets they tased like pork gristle. We told the waitress who bought us a free baclava - it was burned on the bottom 😂 So we went to pay the bill expecting to at least remove the carbonara, but as we had eaten “some” the now waiter insisted we had eaten half & had to pay. I didn’t need the headache while on holiday & the place needs the money so I paid half & left. Now I’m reviewing well also mention the temporary partitions all over the back of the restaurant, they don’t seem to have the money to make the place a complete eatery.

10 days left in this resort & they’ve lost breakfast lunch & dinner customers. No one will be looking for reviews in a year, there’s no way this place...
