Came here and ordered the grilled octopus and the white fish roe. We chose this location in hopes to escape the more touristy and overpriced restaurants of the lovely old town. Service was allright but the grilled octopus was burned. To be precise the base of the tentacle was good but the thinner end of the tentacle was completely blackened and bitter, like eating charcoal. The octopus was served with half a lemon, 2 leaves of lettuce and 3 cherry tomatoes. The white fish roe was really really fatty and served with 4 small pieces of bread drenched in olive oil (also fat) the salad's taste wasn't bad but after using the 4 small pieces of bread to spread the roe on the rest was just plain fishy tasting mayonnaise.

Read moreWe ate here twice towards the beginning and end of our holiday. The highlight of our first visit was the mussels, small portion but the best we have ever eaten, unfortunately they were not available on our second visit. However the shrimp saganaki was also delicious with 5 large prawns. I also enjoyed the cuttlefish risotto. Bread is 2 euros for two but includes 3 delicious dips. We also ate pork steaks and calimari. Service is efficient. With a litre of house red the bills were both just under 50 euros. The restaurant is a short walk away from the old town on the harbour road. Well worth the short walk if you want a less...
