Great location opposite the beach and lovely sunsets. However, that's where the good points end. Service is shockingly bad. Took nearly an hour and a half to get our food. Lots of foodless tables. You are ushered in and promised the world and then your life and soul is sucked out of you. We should have left but decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt. We ordered a mixed grill, a pork gyros and a ham and cheese toastie. Took what felt like an eternity for the food to turn up. Table behind us left without food. Another few couples also left having to wait 30mins just to have their orders taken. Food was dry and tasteless. The toastie turned up with just ham and no cheese which is soo random. Had to be returned and waited another 15 minutes for it to come out. Then came out with just cheese lol. You couldn't make this stuff up. Felt like a painful episode of faulty towers. When we asked how long for the food after nearly and hour the response was 'Yes please' and that was it. Obviously customer service is not a priority for this place. It's sad to see as its location could have potential. Soo many potential customers left. They never apologised for the service or delays. Not sure how they make a living. It's must be due lack of competition. Two men who I think might be family were front of house. The kitchen is slow and poorly run if its taking that long to prepare dishes. I feel like Gordan Ramsey could help them. Anyways. I'm not trying to be mean but being on holiday and this place largely being full of tourists it can ruin your day or evening. I think a lot of folk were British and were probably too polite to complain. This is just an honest review. Useless organization! After ordering two simple dishes, we noticed people who had arrived after us were being served. They'd somehow "lost" our order, despite them typing it in an automated phone app that's supposed to go straight through to the kitchen. When it eventually arrived, it was a spaghetti dish (I hate messing with spaghetti!), when the menu clearly said it would be penne pasta! When we asked for the bill, they brought it but then forgot they had done so... so we had to ask again for them to take our money! Definitely no tip for these incompetents. On top of that, because all the seats are officially "outside", you get no option but to suffer plenty of idiot smokers ruining your meal. AVOID! An absolute tourist trap, overrated reviews by family members, we walked in and didn’t get our dinner for almost an hour and 20 minutes. They’ve also forgot one of the plates to which they’ve tried to charge us for! When we asked where that meal was, they advised they’ll go and check and never came back to tell us what had happened, the waiter instead went and sat down to speak to some of his friends, for about half an hour, to this point we’re in at the 2hrs mark and we asked for the the bill.
