Pegasus Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

We ate a few times at Pegasus in the evenings: twice as a group of 4 (2xA & 2xC) and once as a pre-booked party of 9 (5xA & 4xC) ...... and we couldn't have been made more welcome on those occasions.

Such very friendly and natural people who did everything they could to make us feel so very very welcome (both adults and children), the menu for us was just right - nothing too fancy, offering just the right amount of choice without being too daunting. With something for everyone whether you wanted some more traditionally Greek or a more general 'grill-house' meal.

And the quality of the food for us was superb, no it wasn't served quickly but when it arrived it was superb and all arrived together - you could tell it hadn't been rushed and the chef/cook had taken their time in getting it right.

And above all it is really reasonably priced !! .... So if you want to escape the all-inclusive on a limited budget, it won't break your budget.

The only bad thing about Pegasus is that we didn't find it earlier .......... a welcome escape and refuge from the frustrations and general disappointment with our hotel nearby in what they offered food-wise.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Pegasus and the people there to anyone visiting or staying close by.

Went to Pegasus restaurant twice during our stay (2 adults). Staff were a great asset to this place and it looks like a family run business but no certain. The menu has a great deal to choose from at reasonable prices and the drinks are on par with other restaurants. Both times my wife was unlucky with the choices she made as the ravioli was a very small portion (although it tasted superb) and the salad she ordered on the second visit was something like i'd make at home, drenched in Marie rose dressing she was a little disappointed. I had 2 wonderful dishes. Pork Gyros platter and pork souvlaki. Very tasty and plenty of it too. I would recommend this place as the food was good, the price was right, and the staff were attentive. Oh they have music on 3 nights a week. Luckily...

I went to Rhodes for a short trip with my friends and we ended up coming back for more every day to this amazing restaurant.

The food was authentically Greek, great value for money and tasted great. They also do amazing cocktails, including the Pegasus, which was delicious.

The atmosphere was lively and staff were very friendly and welcoming - the best service I have received in a long while. They helped choose and alter dishes to our tastes and shared - or created - our laughter. They went the extra mile in ensuring our entire holiday was amazing. The main thing I was sad to be leaving behind was this restaurant.

I would recommend this to anyone visiting the country - it's worth...
